Hi, I’m Dr. Nickie Coomer, Founder of Inclusive Learning Lab.


After spending 10 years in the classroom as a Special Educator and Behavior Specialist, I returned to school for a Ph.D. in Urban Education Studies. I am committed to finding ways to implement critical pedagogies in an ever-changing educational landscape. Balancing the challenges of teaching with a commitment to educational equity, I work with teachers to empower healthy, supportive relationships in the classroom.
